Landscape Architect

Qualification

Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized university or institution.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional landscaping architecture experience with a demonstrable portfolio of completed projects.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct site analysis and lead the design development of various landscaping projects.
• Manage projects through all phases, including coordination with the Architect team, reviewing plans, and monitoring progress.
• Ensure full compliance with regulations and codes while preparing all necessary technical documentation.
• Develop and present detailed planting plans and comprehensive maintenance guidelines.
• Maintain a strong commitment to sustainable practices in all design and implementation processes.

Additional Requirements & Skills

• Must be a Registered Landscape Architect.
• Proficiency in design development, site analysis, and landscaping software.
• Strong understanding of regulations and codes related to the field.
• Essential client communication and project management skills.
