Responsibilities and Duties
- Analysis and design development of various landscaping projects.
- Managing projects, including coordination with Architect team, reviewing plans, and monitoring progress.
- Compliance with regulations and codes and preparation of necessary documentation.
- Development and presentation of planting plans and maintenance guidelines.
- Commitment to sustainable practices in all design and implementation processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate should have a professional degree in Landscape Architecture, along with proficiency in design development and site analysis.
- Candidate should also have a strong understanding of regulations and codes related to the field.
- Strong client communication and project management skills are essential.
Additional Requirements
- A minimum of five years of professional landscaping architecture experience is required, with a demonstrable portfolio of completed projects.
- Candidate must be a registered Landscape Architect
