Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee the construction of high-rise buildings and an international business park. The successful candidate will ensure timely, efficient project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with the project manager and team.
- Supervise daily construction activities for safety, quality, and specification adherence.
- Implement quality control measures for materials and workmanship.
- Prepare progress reports for management, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Address construction issues, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.
- Lead and guide the construction team, promoting a positive working environment.
- Identify and mitigate on-site risks and hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports and inspection logs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in construction management or site engineering, particularly with high-rise buildings or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, CADD drawings and techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Professional certifications or licenses may be preferred based on local regulations and project requirements.
