ENGINEER (Quality Control)

Full-Time Immediate Joining Trichy

B.E. / B.TECH. in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 Years in the relevant field of Materials Testing.

In-charge of Civil Engineering Materials Testing Lab with deep knowledge of testing procedures.
Manage construction materials testing activities, including coordination with Contractors, Suppliers, Project Engineers, and Internal/External Quality Auditors.
Ensure full compliance with regulations and codes, including the preparation of all necessary technical documentation.
Develop and maintain the Lab facilities; calibrate equipment according to standard norms and schedules.
Maintain meticulous records of all construction materials tested at all times.

Strong awareness of ISO 17025 : 2017 and Construction materials testing standards.
In-depth knowledge of NABL Accreditation Standards.
Familiarity with ISO Standards related to construction materials testing.
Proficiency in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and PDT (Partial Destructive Testing).
Computer Basics: MS Word, Excel, Internet, and Email management.
